Bluebeam, Inc. Leases 20K SF in Uptown to Expand Local Presence in Dallas

Cushman & Wakefield Selected to Manage Pioneer Natural Resources’ New 1.2M-SF Headquarters Building

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Pioneer Natural Resources has selected the firm to provide property management and facility services for its new 1.2-million-square-foot headquarters, which is under construction in the Hidden Ridge development of Las Colinas. The Pioneer project represents the largest-ever single-building property management and facility management assignment for Cushman & Wakefield Dallas. The Cushman & Wakefield team who secured the contract includes Ron Tate, Christy Means, Ken Wakefield and Carly Davis. Davis will serve as the property manager for the building. The headquarters, located at 777 Hidden Ridge in Irving, is a 10-story, glass-and-stone tower with a seven-story parking garage. Just over a year after acquiring International Plaza I and II, Taconic Capital Advisors has signed Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) to a long-term lease for its new headquarters at the office campus at Spring Valley Road and the North Dallas Tollway in Farmers Branch. The healthcare services company has leased the entirety of International Plaza I, a 13-story, 372,000-square-foot, Class A office tower located at 14201 N. Dallas Pkwy.
