PLANO, Nov. 5, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield Dallas represented Samsung SDS in a 24,000-square-foot (sf) lease in APEX, a Class A office building located at 3033 W. President George Bush Hwy. in Plano.
The Cushman & Wakefield team of Scott Hobbs, Kim Lyon and Ashley Tanton represented Samsung SDS in their property search and lease negotiations. Duane Henley and Nathan Durham of Transwestern represented the property’s landlord.
APEX is a 186,244-sf, three-story Class A office building that was built in 2007. It is located within the fast-growing Legacy/Frisco office submarket, which in the first three quarters of 2019 has had the highest net absorption of any Dallas-Fort Worth office submarket, at 755,254 sf, according to Cushman & Wakefield research.
Samsung SDS, a subsidiary of Samsung group, was established in 1985 and provides a range of enterprise IT services.
