Cushman & Wakefield Announces More Than 600,000 Square Feet in DFW Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Brokers in the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield recently closed the following commercial real estate transactions across North Texas:

 

OFFICE LEASES

First Guaranty Mortgage signed a 27,055-square-foot (sf) new lease in Legacy Place One at 5800 Tennyson Pkwy. in Plano. Ward Eastman, Trey Smith and Johnny Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, L&B CIP Legacy Place. The tenant was self-represented.

Dean Omar & Branham LLP signed a 9,339-sf lease renewal and expansion in Texas Moline Building at 302 Market St. in Dallas. Christy Thelen, Lauren Napper and Ward Eastman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, RM Crowe Company. Avison Young represented the tenant.

Greystone Servicing Corp. signed a 7,987-sf lease renewal and expansion in Urban Towers at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving. John Fancher and Matthew Schendle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, PCPI UT Owner. Todd Noonan with Stream Realty represented the tenant.

Altium Inc. signed a 7,554-sf new lease at 2601 Network Blvd. in Frisco. Cribb Altman, Brooke Giuffre and Darren Morgan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, Hall Financial Group, was self-represented.

G&A Outsourcing Inc. signed a 6,869-sf new lease in Preston Park Financial Center at 4965 Preston Park Blvd. in Plano. Christy Thelen, Clint Madison and Rodney Helm of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Stockbridge/Griffin Preston Park LP. Harlan Davis of CBRE represented the tenant.

DK Group 2008 signed a 5,566-sf lease expansion of the Genghis Grill Headquarters in Springwood II at 8200 Springwood Dr. in Irving, bringing the total leased space to 7,415 square feet. Cribb Altman and Jason Dodson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, PS Business Parks LP, was self-represented.

Hance Law Group P.C. signed a 5,287-sf new lease in Churchill Tower at 12400 Coit Road in Dallas. Rodney Helm and Chris Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, American National Insurance Company. Natalie Snyder Bode, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.

 

INDUSTRIAL LEASES

Technology Container Corp. renewed a 200,450-sf lease in Crossroads Trade Center, Building 1 at 1221 E. Centre Park Blvd. in DeSoto. Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Clarion Partners. Gary Lindsey of Newmark Knight Frank and Sheila Adams represented the tenant.

Polyair Corporation renewed a 75,000-sf lease at 1600 Kelly Blvd. in Carrollton. Dan Cook and Mark Becker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Colfin Cobalt Owner.

Exportek signed a 41,840-sf new lease in Prologis Park 121, Building 5B at 410 N. Freeport Pkwy. in Coppell. Adam Curran of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Nathan Lawrence of CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis.

Case Paper renewed a 25,145-sf lease at 2555 114th St. in Grand Prairie. David Eseke and Craig Ruoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Corby Hodgkiss of Mercer Company represented the landlord, Michigan Texas Corp.

 

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SALES

Alder Real Estate acquired the 188,738-sf DFW Light Industrial Portfolio at 3220 Keller Springs Road in Carrollton. Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, Scot Farber and Taylor Starnes of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Americo Real Estate, Ltd. The buyer was self-represented.
