  • Epsilon Data Management subleased 36,040 sf to Avaya at 6021 Connection Dr. in Irving. Dan Harris and Travis Boothe represented Epsilon, and Mike Wyatt, Matt Heidelbaugh, and Charlie Beck represented Avaya.
  • Meridian Business Centers expanded their 26,685-sf lease in Legacy Place II at 5700 Tennyson Pkwy. in Plano. Trey Smith and Ward Eastman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, L&B Realty Advisors. John Pelletier of esrp represented the tenant.
  • thyssenkrupp signed a 24,600-sf renewal at 621 S. Royal Lane in Coppell. Rick Hughes of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The landlord, Duke Realty, was self-represented.
