Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that Sarah Savage has joined the firm as Senior Associate within its Office Tenant Representation group. She will serve on the high-performing team of Executive Managing Director Tom Sutherland and Director Ryan Hoopes.
Savage joins the firm from Younger Partners, where she worked on the Office Leasing team. She has also previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield Dallas’ Office Leasing team, where she was responsible for marketing Class AA properties.
As part of the Sutherland and Hoopes team, Savage will work with both national and local clients and help companies navigate the fast-growing flexible workspace market.
Sutherland said Savage will be a valuable asset to their brokerage team.
“I have known Sarah for several years and followed her career,” Sutherland said. “She is widely respected in the industry and without question one of the brightest rising stars. We are very excited to have her join our team and help us grow our business.”
Savage says she was honored by the opportunity to once again join Cushman & Wakefield and to work alongside Sutherland and Hoopes.
“I’m thrilled to be back at Cushman & Wakefield and working with such a well-respected team,” she said.
Savage has been recognized as a Top Producer at Younger Partners and a D CEO Power Broker. In 2017, one of her deals won the Dallas Business Journal’s Deal of the Year for Neighborhood Impact.
Savage earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
